Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.

Giveaway Details

Prize: One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) tickets to see Tones and I on 2 May in Ulverstone

One (1) night’s accommodation (location and provider determined by Degree C)

One (1) $100 meal voucher (venue determined by Degree C)

Total prizes: 1 prize package.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must tag a friend in the designated giveaway post on Facebook.

The tagged friend will be entered into the random draw.

No purchase or additional action is required to enter.

Competition Period
Entries close on 30 April at 4:00 PM (AEST).

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified via Facebook and/or other contact methods shortly after the draw.

Prize Collection (Concert Tickets)

Concert tickets must be collected from the Degree C Ulverstone office.

Collection deadline: before 4:30 PM on Friday, 2 May.

Failure to collect tickets by this time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Accommodation Conditions

Accommodation is for one night only on a date specified by Degree C (aligned with the event date unless otherwise stated).

The winner (and any guest) must comply with the accommodation provider’s terms and conditions.

A valid credit card must be provided at check-in for security purposes.

Degree C is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the stay, including but not limited to:

Mini bar

Room service

Damages

Incidentals or additional nights

Any such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Meal Voucher Conditions

The $100 meal voucher is valid only at the specified venue.

Any additional spend beyond $100 must be covered by the winner.

The voucher is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Prize Conditions (General)

The prize (or any part of it) is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If any component of the prize is unavailable, Degree C reserves the right to substitute it with a similar alternative of equal value.

Degree C accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the prize or event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Liability Disclaimer

Degree C takes no responsibility for the tickets once they have been collected.

Degree C is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur at or in connection with the concert, accommodation, or dining experience.

General Conditions

Degree C reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Degree C reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
