Crowne Plaza Hotel

Degree C was contracted to provide the supply and installation of heating and chilled water system and ventilation serving 13 levels of the new Crowne Plaza Hotel.

These levels are made up of 252 guest rooms, a production kitchen, ball room, restaurant/fine dining area, corridors, gym, bathrooms and multiple back-of-house/administration areas.

Heating and chilled water is circulated from storage tanks to multiple fan coil units via copper piping and controlled via BMS control system.

All guest rooms, corridors, meeting rooms, gym, and ball room have a ducted fan coil unit with sheet metal and flexible ducting connected to a wall mounted grille and all are also controlled via BMS control.
